I am in full solidarity with the Coalition of Services of the Elderly and Senior Citizens Organization (COSE) and all elderly Filipinos in their clamor for their full protection and support from the government in this time of need, regardless of anyone’s station in life and economic status.

This pandemic spares no one from its lethal effects and it puts our beloved senior citizens in a more perilous position. Evidence points to them as being one of the most vulnerable sectors in our society right now.
