Duterte’s entire war on drugs was set up to protect big-time drug lords. What makes it more appalling is that the whole machinery of the state, that is supposedly there to protect the Filipino people, is being exploited to allow an entire illegal drugs business to flourish at the expense of poor drug suspects who do not have the means to defend themselves, much less leave the country.

The timing of the flight of this alleged drug queen is also questionable as it was in the middle of the GCTA anomalies, and the drug recycling and ninja cop exposé.

Flight will always be associated with guilt. When one is innocent, he or she is fearless to confront the accusations against him or her.

Today is my 945th day in detention.

It is not easy to prove that you are innocent if you are up against an entire system hell-bent on protecting the likes of Peter Lim na patuloy na nakakalaya. ###
