There’s no such thing as suspension or archiving of an election protest.

With the filing of his COC, Francis Tolentino must now altogether withdraw his clearly frivolous and baseless protest. It is in fact dismissible on the ground of abandonment.

Be man enough to admit that nobody cheated you. You simply lost, Mr. Tolentino.
